Welcome to Creation Reformation!

Taking Back The Creation Narrative! Take a look around. We are a “start-up” platform always “evolving” to be better. Our mission over time is to provide people with the necessary knowledge to reject evolution as an explanation for their existence and to embrace creation according to the Genesis account. Our goal is that all people, and especially Bible-believers, will find encouragement and hope in the … Continue reading Welcome to Creation Reformation!

Your Heart Betrays You

If evolution is true, then human beings do not have a heart as taught by the Bible and Jesus. Your heart. You have one. And, whether you believe it or not, you have two. One is the anatomical organ that pumps blood. The other is the deep, immaterial seat of human thinking and emotions. There’s a problem, however, if you believe evolution is a true … Continue reading Your Heart Betrays You

The Oxymoronic Impotence of Natural Selection

If evolution is true, then natural selection must do something in any theory of evolution by natural selection. Natural and selection are a contradiction in terms, like—to borrow a phrase from Malcolm Muggeridge—a chaste whore. Natural, as used in natural selection, means unguided and purposeless, which of course is the opposite of every meaning generally attributed to the term selection. Put the two words together and we find the … Continue reading The Oxymoronic Impotence of Natural Selection

Was the Apostle John Deluded?

Was the Apostle John Deluded? If evolution is true, then John the Apostle is deluded. We read in scripture from the Apostle John that the man Jesus was “with God” and “was God”. And Jesus was with God in the beginning and through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. Jesus is God? Jesus created everything that has … Continue reading Was the Apostle John Deluded?

Evolution and the Myth of “Only Scientific Alternative.”

Must one believe a false explanation because it is the presented as the only alternative? When questioned about the role of natural selection, we find that many responders cannot fathom the question, much less any answers. Simple questions directed to time-honored example like the Peppered Moths invoke knee-jerk responses attacking God, the Bible, and the motives of anyone daring to question the fact of evolution. … Continue reading Evolution and the Myth of “Only Scientific Alternative.”

Evolution and the Myth of Adapting

If evolution by natural selection is true, then natural selection should have some adapting function. Does it? We hear all the time about natural selection’s effectiveness as the key process in evolution. In various terms natural selection is said to guide evolution, or to be the non-random mechanism to bring order out of the randomness of genetic variation, or to “adapt” organisms. All the examples … Continue reading Evolution and the Myth of Adapting

Two Miracle Babies and Two Unlikely Mothers: A Beautiful Gospel

If evolution is true, then there is no true Christmas story. As Christians around the world enter the Christmas season it makes sense to consider the truth claims of the Gospel. If evolution is the true creation story for humankind, then the claims of the Gospel as they relate to Jesus’ birth are certainly not truth claims. How can a truth claim involving angels singing … Continue reading Two Miracle Babies and Two Unlikely Mothers: A Beautiful Gospel

Evolution and Faith

If evolution is true, then faith abounds only as an illusion of the mind. The second Sunday of Advent focuses the minds of believers around the world on faith. Believers? Faith? What sorcery produced this terminology if evolution is the true creation story for the human race? In any philosophical arena aren’t both terms ambiguous and in need of context for meaning? Consider: everyone believes … Continue reading Evolution and Faith

An Evolutionary Advent: Hopelessness

If evolution is true, the world is indeed a hopeless place. As we come into the Christmas season (around much of the world) our thoughts turn to lofty ideas like “hope” and “peace” and “love.” Words like these take center stage for a short while, and this is good. In fact, in the Christian tradition such words often attach to one of the four Sundays … Continue reading An Evolutionary Advent: Hopelessness

The Science and Religion of Murder

If evolution is true, murdering another is not wrong, it is natural. Scientists and others who infer from natural evidence a divine creator often face the accusation of “using science to push a religious viewpoint.” What are we do make of such an accusation? Recently on our Facebook page (Creation Reformation World) we found this comment from a reader: “You are deceptively trying to push … Continue reading The Science and Religion of Murder
